This makes it possible to transfer the dispensing material without substrate contact. The dispensing material is applied by a dispensing valve with the necessary energy for the process and formed into a jet or dots (Dynamic Dot Dispensing). It then reaches the substrate after a brief free-flying phase.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05a3831 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"05a3831\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Modern Jet valves can achieve dispensing frequencies at single points of up to 1200 Hz in continuous operation. Dispensing volumes of up to 0.5 nl can be achieved with spot diameters of up to 0.2 mm [1]. This significantly reduces process times compared to conventional needle dispensing.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85369ff color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"85369ff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The non-contact adhesive application can also reduce accompanying process steps such as inspection of substrate heights or Z-axis movements, which has a positive influence on the process time.
