Start professionally automating your ideas in the lab. The desktop machine OurPlant D1 is the basis for the seamless transition of your products into series production.
The OurPlant D1 represents an intelligent developer tool with the level of a production machine.

Like all machines of OurPlant, the desktop solution is based on a modular concept. Thanks to a large number of processing modules, the platform is able to realize a wide range of applications in the field of micro assembly and dispensing. The modular and expandable concept guarantees the adaptability of the OurPlant D1 to future products and process requirements. Modules and pogrammes can later be easily transferred to all larger machines of the OurPlant family.  In the micro assembly machine all modules are freely positioned on the aluminium plate with perforation grid and the processing heads are installed on the open axis portal. The operation and control occurs by laptop.

The machine consists of an aluminium plate with perforation grid, an open axis portal and an external user interface. The machine is connected via Ethernet.

The precision base frame for OurPlant D1 ensures the compliance to the required machine accuracy and performance according to the corresponding data sheet
