The dispenser D-PT is a pressure-time-controlled dispenser that dispenses various materials with an additional perfecdos valve. The dispenser was specially designed for the OurPlant XTec.
The material is dispensed quickly and precisely thanks to the integrated valve. The cartridge, which is attached to the valve, is permanently pressurized with a defined pressure. By opening the valve for a defined time and displacing the material due to the applied compressed air and tappet movement in the valve, a corresponding amount of material is dispensed. The dispensing amount of liquid is depending on the opening time of the valve, fluid pressure, nozzle and tappet type and viscosity of the liquid.
An observation camera which is installed on the dispensing head, thereby ensuring the constant control of the process.
A pressure reservoir with a 400ccm tank is additional connected between compressed air machine supply and the perfecdos valve.
