The Jedec Tray Feeder extensible consists of a Jedec Tray Feeder from Quasys and a extensible integration set.
The Jedec Tray Feeder (JTF) is a flexible feeding solution for jedec tray magazines. Without any interruption of the assembly process the feeder separates thick or thin trays (standards 95-1 & IEC 60286-5) and transports them to the working area of the machine.
The integration set is used to mount the Jedec Tray Feeder in the machine. The conveyor of the feeder reaches into the machine while the magazin section is located outside the machine.
The extensible integration set should be used if the Jedec Tray Feeder is to be mounted on on the front or back of the machine. So the feeder can be pulled-away from the machine so that the electrical cabinet of the machine can be opened.
The Jedec Tray Feeder is available in different versions with different JTF types and conveyor lengths.
