Description
Der Placer (3D, Vacuum Tool) wurde speziell für Active Alignment Aufgaben entwickelt. Der Hexapoden-Aufbau ermöglicht eine höchst feinfühlige Bewegung in allen 6 Freiheitsgraden entwickelt. Als Werkzeug zum Werkstücktransport kommt ein pneumatischer 2-Backen Präzisionsgreifer PG12 zum Einsatz.
