Description
The 3D Alignment Support is used for components and substrates for processing in different space coordinates. With swivel, rotation and height axis the given coordinates are precisely approached. Measurements, Dispense-, Micro assembly and Laser soldering processes are possible in combination with the 3D Alignment Support.
The components and substrates are fixed on the support with an individual adapter, which a part time vacuum oder pressure air.
