Dispenser D-PT cartridge temperature control

The D-PT dispenser is a pressure-time controlled dispenser that dispenses various materials directly from the cartridge.
The cartridge is pressurized for a defined time, thereby dispensing the appropriate amount of material. A retaining vacuum within the cartridge prevents further leakage of the dispensed material, thus guaranteeing a precise dispensing result.
The dispenser also includes a cartridge temperature control (Peltier element) to keep the dosing material in the cartridge at a constant temperature during processing, in order to create uniform processing conditions.
Cartridge temperature control allows for temperature adjustment of ± 10 K relative to the machine’s internal temperature.
A monitoring camera mounted on the dosing head ensures constant monitoring of the process.
