Description
The conveyor with flat belt transports substrates within a machine or from machine to machine. It consists of three segments – an input area, a processing area and an output area. Each segment is equipped with a stopper to carry out the transport in seperate steps.
With a transport length of 1,700 mm, the conveyor is suitable for OurPlant XTec machines.
The conveyor can be adapted to different workpiece widths depending on the application. The width adjustment for this is done manually.
The conveyor also has a SMEMA interface.
