Manufacture your complex products within the shortest possible time with a compact fully automatic machine. The OurPlant XTec is the all-round solution for the challenging tasks of micro-assembly. The modular system of the machine guarantees the adaptation to individual and fast changing process requirements.

Thanks to the high variability of processing heads and base plate modules, the OurPlant XTec enables the highest level of process diversity and flexibility.
Micro assembly, micro dispensing and laser soldering tasks can be realised in combination.

Technical information:

• Machine frame and housing with integrated UV protective glass, optinally with laser protective glass
• 2-axis gantry system (X, Y)
• Processing heads with integrated Z-axis
• Operating panel
• Software and control with integrated industrial PC
• Interface with 10 electrical connections (5x CAN, 5x Ethernet) for taking up processing modules up to a total width of 150 mm (in basic version), optionally expandable up to 300 mm
