Description
The Swivel Gripper Unit can grip components and turn those 180° in a horizontal plane.
The Swivel Gripper Unit is used when the components are too large to turn with the Flip Chip Unit or when they cannot or may not be picked up by a vacuum tool.
A general specification of the maximum component size and the maximum component weight cannot be made. The use of the Swivel Gripper Unit must be checked regarding to the volume and the weight distribution of the components of the customer.
The gripper fingers must be developed according to the components of the customer.
