XTec Pro| Series production

The OurPlant XTec Pro is the most flexible machine type of the OurPlant family, meeting the need for the largest possible, customizable machine interior. For this purpose, additional space was created in the front area of the machine.
Furthermore, the geometry of the base plate in the functional area can be freely designed.
This area provides space for equipment such as collimators, control and supply units, as well as AOI and delivery systems.

Thanks to standardized hardware and software interfaces, you can transfer modules and recipes from other OurPlant machine types to the OurPlant XTec Pro.
For efficient production via the master computer, you can choose between various and comprehensive options for data transmission and process control.

Technical information:

• Machine frame and housing with integrated UV protective glass, optinally with laser protective glass
• 2-axis gantry system (X, Y)
• Processing heads with integrated Z-axis
• Operating panel
• Software and control with integrated industrial PC
• Interface with 10 electrical connections (5x CAN, 5x Ethernet) for taking up processing modules up to a total width of 150 mm (in basic version), optionally expandable up to 300 mm
